Metafit uses the principals of Tabata Training or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) It uses body weight only which target the largest muscle groups for greatest effect. This is not an endurance class, you work at your own maximal pace and there is no choreography so dont worry if you dont know your left from your right!
This is a none contact High Intensity class which combines aerobic and anorobic training. The class is varied, but can including basic pad work, skills and drills for the sport and normally in a circuit style. This will knock your body into shape! And beat Stress!
